Refund Policy

At Theoneproxy, we strive to provide our Clients with a dependable and enduring Service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy, in conjunction with the Terms of Use, creates a full contract between Theoneproxy and you (The Customer or You). Prior to utilizing the Service (as described in the Terms of Use), it is essential to read this document carefully, as it dictates how any potential disagreements or reimbursement inquiries that may emerge due to the use of the System should be handled.

Dispute Resolution

Any quarrels that stem from a Client utilizing the Services and/or the System shall be handled as stated in the Dispute Resolution Procedure:
• Any issues that come up from the System should be sent to Theoneproxy’s Customer Support via email at hello@theoneproxy.com. Any questions surrounding Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks should be sent to the Customer Support.
• It is essential to be aware that for security reasons we document all conversations between the Customer Support and Customers.

Refundable and non-refundable events

• Proxies purchased on Theoneproxy.com are non-refundable if they are functioning properly, as determined by our customer service representatives.
• The only exception to this policy is if the proxy is malfunctioning and cannot be replaced with a functional one.
